What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare cannot be returned unless it arrived damaged or defective. See our Shipping & Returns policy for full details.
How do I use Luminé?
Apply a few drops to clean, dry skin morning and evening, before moisturizer. Always follow with SPF in the morning. Perform a patch test before first use.
What is in the serum?
Luminé is formulated with niacinamide, arbutin, kojic acid, and tranexamic acid to support a brighter, smoother, more even-looking complexion. The full ingredient list is shown on the product page.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes. BeauVex products are not tested on animals.
